110 Ford Rangers for Government Tender, Africa

One of our first orders as an official Ford distributor was the award of an international government tender for 110 Rangers. The bid submission and execution of the contract was done in cooperation with the country’s official Ford dealer who would then be performing the after-sales support.

96 F-350 Super Duty for US Government Contractor, Middle East

We were awarded a tender for a US funded contract for 96 units F-350 with fittings, that included logistics and customs clearance via a new point of entry.

Lead time from production was 44 days, and fitting of bull bars, jerry cans, spare tires, technical adjustments etc. was performed on all 96 units within 19 days by a US workshop partner before shipment from the USA to the Middle East. The delivery of all 96 units was successfully completed well before the contracted deadline.

38 Ford Rangers to NGO/Tsunami Project, South East Asia

For the acute relief needs after the Tsunami catastrophe, we shipped 38 Rangers to an NGO in Sri Lanka. Right hand drive pickups quickly ran out of stock for the first Tsunami projects, so we combined units from our Thai and South African stocks with units that were coming out from production in Thailand during that same month.

As we order quantities for our stocks each month, it was possible to top up the quantities we had in stock with units from production within few weeks, which could be shipped directly from factory to destination without adding storage costs or extra shipping costs.

45 Ford Rangers with Police Equipment, Asia

For urgent needs, 45 Ford Rangers were equipped with light bar on the roof, siren, speakers and microphone, customized police stickers, bull bar, spare parts kits as well as other accessories. All units were from our Dubai stocks, and fittings were performed within 2 weeks at our workshop partner in the same Free Zone area.

Our in-house forwarding agent handled the air freight and DDU delivery to the customer.

40 + 100 Ford Rangers for Peace Keeping Agency, Asia

For an Asian client that urgently needed large quantities of pickups, we were able to immediately release two lots of 40 and 100 Ford Rangers. Within few days, all units were ready to leave our bonded stock in Dubai.

18 Ford Rangers with Accessories Package for Tender, Africa

For a World Bank funded Institute, we supplied 18 Rangers from Amsterdam stock that required fitting of winches, bedliners and a number of other accessories. Our sister company specializing in parts consolidated the accessories and the fitting took place at our partner in Amsterdam, an authorized Ford workshop close to our stock location.

Shipment was arranged by our In-house forwarding agent, and the official Ford dealer in the country of destination handled the customs clearing in cooperation with the client, as well as the after-sales support.
